General Terms and Conditions:

It is hereby agreed that the equipment rented from Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. by the client is for the clients own use. The said equipment will not be loaned, sub-let or sold by the client. The client also agrees that the rented equipment will only be operated and remain at the address / location specified above. The client is liable for any loss of said equipment by fire, theft or any other causes.
Inclement Weather:
Fun Times Even Rentals Inc. is not responsible for inclement weather. If on the day of the event, the weather is not favorable, Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. will try and accommodate the client at a later date to be determined. The client is responsible for contacting a Fun Times party rentals Inc. representative 24 hours prior to event start. Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if client does not contact Fun Times party rentals Inc. representative within the allotted time as above.
Damage:
Client accepts all responsibility of repair and/or replacement costs for equipment(s) rented due to improper/malicious use. The client agrees to surrender and return the rented equipment in the same condition as it was delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.
Warranty:
Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. does not express or imply any warranty on rented equipment. The client agrees to contact Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. immediately if the equipment develops a defect or malfunction.
Inspection:
The client acknowledges that he/she has had an opportunity to personally inspect the rented equipment.
Note: All equipment has been thoroughly inspected by a Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. representative prior to delivery.
Operation:
The client agrees that all rented equipment will only be operated by persons who have received training and accepted (by signing) the operations guidelines on the operation of the rented equipment from a Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. representative. The client further agrees that he/she will supervise the operation and storage of the rented equipment.
Release of responsibility:
The client agrees to assume all risks and hold Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. not guilty of any property damage or personal injury from the use, operation or storage of the rented equipment. The client further agrees to hold Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. not guilty due to negligence on Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. behalf.
Deposit:
A deposit is required in order to guarantee your booking. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Provided cancellation is made within the cancellation policy, Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. will allow the client to reapply the original deposit in its entirety and reschedule your event within 12 months of the original event date. (The event must be rescheduled within 12 months, It does not need to take place within the 12 months). Should the client fail to reschedule the event within 12 months, the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations:
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. The client agrees to contact a Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. representative 24 hours prior to scheduled event start should they have a need to cancel. Clients failing to contact a Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. representative within the aforementioned time, forfeit their deposit. If delivery is completed prior to cancellation, invoiced amount is due in full. In the event of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. reserves the right to cancel your reservation to ensure safety of our equipment and/or individuals using the rented equipment. Fun Times Event Rentals Inc. will not refund any deposits or invoiced amounts due to weather.
The client, acknowledge that they have completely read and understand this rental contract. Client agrees to be solely responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions set forth by this rental contract.

Tent Rental Conditions & Agreement

• Installation may occur any day of the week prior to the event date.
• The area on and around the area where the tent is being set up must be cleared prior to the arrival of the installers. Items such as patio/lawn furniture, grills, planters, patio lights, fireplaces, fire pits, patio heaters, etc. must be removed from the area.
• All items that are unable to be moved must be discussed with the office staff prior to the rental booking or during optional site inspection.
• Tent installation areas that are not confirmed to be at least 10ft or larger on all sides of installation site should have a site inspection at least two weeks prior to installation.
• If a site inspection is necessary, a $100 fee will be charged. This fee may be applied to the tent rental price.
• Tent bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Tents that are unable to be staked into the earth must be secured with weights and/or water barrels that are an additional to the cost of the tent rental. The number of and weight amount needed are at the discretion of the site inspector or office staff to ensure a safe installation.
• Location knowledge and visual demarcation of sprinkler lines and underground utilities is the responsibility of the home or business owner.
• Cooking is not permitted underneath the tent as it may result in stains and damage to the tent fabric. We do offer special tents for the purpose.
• Side panels are not included in the tent rental. They can be rented at a cost per panel and added to the tent order prior to delivery & installation.
The client, acknowledge that they have completely read and understand this tent rental agreement. Client understands that they are solely responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions set forth by this tent rental agreement.
